It is that time of year again...Daylight Savings Time (DST)!
Time to move the clocks up one hour. DST was designed to add an extra hour of daylight each evening. U.S. Department of Transportation studies have shown that DST cuts the nation's energy usage by about 1percent per day because less power is needed for lighting and appliances.
I guess that energy savings is a good enough reason for adjusting my sleep pattern.
Does everyone have trouble adjusting your internal clock?
